This policy explains the cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used on the JC Watson website, and how you can control them. A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Local storage and session storage are other ways of remembering information on your device. Tags and pixels can also send information to service providers.
Optional integrations stay off until you choose to allow them. You can accept all, reject optional cookies, or select individual categories. You can use the website and contact us without agreeing to analytics or advertising.
Your choices
Essential: remembers your privacy choices. If you request an enquiry form, Jotform and its spam-protection services provide the form and associated security functions.
Analytics: Google Analytics helps us understand website usage. Marketing: Google advertising and conversion measurement help us understand responses to advertising. Microsoft Advertising UET also loads Microsoft Clarity; we enable this combined integration only when both Analytics and Marketing are allowed.
Optional features: controls Google Maps, Trustpilot review widgets and Tawk live chat. When these features are off, you can still open external directions, visit our Trustpilot page or contact us by telephone or email.
When you reduce your choices, the page refreshes to stop previously loaded optional integrations. We remove the optional cookies and storage we can access on our own domain for categories you have disabled. We cannot delete cookies stored on another provider’s domain or cookies protected from JavaScript; your browser’s privacy settings let you remove those. Disabling a category prevents our website from loading its integration again.

Lifetimes are measured or provider defaults; browsers can shorten them and providers can refresh them when you return. Some identifiers are only created after an advertising click, chat interaction or security challenge. These provider-documented examples were not all created during our checks and are not a claim that every visitor receives them.

Other embedded services and external links
Google Maps: requests are held until Optional features are allowed. Google can use existing Google cookies and identifiers depending on your browser and account. Trustpilot: the review widgets are optional; no new widget cookies were observed in our checks. Visiting Trustpilot separately is governed by its own choices and policy.
Google Fonts: the website currently requests font files from Google. No cookies were observed from these font requests; the provider receives connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver the files.
Our Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter and YouTube links take you to external websites. A link is different from an embedded tracker: those websites apply their own policies when you visit them. We did not identify active YouTube embeds or Cox/Adify trackers in the reviewed website code. Legacy entries such as jcwatson_session, XSRF-TOKEN, _gid, _gat# and Termly’s old banner cookie were not found as current first-party functions in our checks and are not presented as active cookies.
